Civility: Freedom from Harassment and Beyond

First and second-stage training for employees and managers in antiharassment blended with skill-building in communication and workplace civility. This workshop or workshop series can be customized to meet the needs of your organization. Usually, however, the workshop will help organizations to meet goals in risk management, insurance requirements, communication and employee behavioral standards.

Ms. Koenig partners with Diane E. Millett for this workshop series. Ms. Millett is an attorney who has conducted training on sexual and other types of harassment for 20 years. She has a Master’s Degree in addition to a law degree. She conducts the legal portions of this workshop and Ms. Koenig conducts the communications portions of the workshops. Pease note that this workshop is designed to provide training and education and is not designed to provide specific legal advice. The trainers operate independently from one another and bill separately.
