Jacqueline
McLemore, Ph.D.
Dr. Jacqueline McLemore, a seasoned change
management consultant, executive and personal coach and facilitator,
brings a lifetime of experiences to helping people make important
changes in their organizations and their lives. She understands
that there is always a personal element to change. She is
experienced in supporting, collaborating with and challenging
individuals when it is time to make changes. Jacquie works
with private sector, non-profit, faith based and higher education
organizations. Her work includes organizational assessment,
executive, management and life coaching, team development,
strategy development and implementation, retreat design and
facilitation.
Examples of client organizations include
Shell, Anheuser-Busch Companies, Las Vegas-Clark County Library
District, Cuyahoga County Department of Children Services,
Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and The Ewing Marion
Kauffman Foundation. Individual clients are clergy, professors,
physicians, business people and consultants.
Jacquie earned a Ph.D. in Organizational
Behavior from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead
School of Management and a Master's of Science Degree in Social
Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is on the
faculty of The Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and is an associate
with AmericaSpeaks. She is a member of Leadership Cleveland,
Class of 1999. She holds leadership positions in local and
national non-profit organizations.
