The Koenig Consulting
Group is a company that works independently and in
partnership with other internal and external consultants to
provide a wide range of consulting services in the areas of
human resources, organizational systems and development, mediation,
leadership and performance coaching.
The Principal of the Koenig Consulting Group
is Linda A. Koenig, who founded her company after more than
a decade as the lead executive in human resources management
in an organization of over 1000 employees represented by 7
unions.
Ms. Koenig has experience in all phases of
human resources management, in particular:

Ms. Koenig has a Bachelor’s Degree
and a Master’s Degree from Ohio University. She attended
Kent State University for postgraduate work and studied extensively
with the National Training Laboratories Institute, the Gestalt
Institute of Greater Cleveland and the Gestalt International
Study Center.
Ms. Koenig provides executive coaching in
leadership, motivation, critical-thinking and survival skills
in turbulent work environments. She specializes in helping
executives overcome obstacles that keep them from achieving
their highest potential. Linda is also a certified mediator
and helps resolve disputes between various employees and groups.
Ms. Koenig partners with other professionals,
including attorneys, to provide additional services. Examples
included "Female Leaders: Creating Influence and
Power" and "Civility: Freedom from Harassment
and Beyond." All attorneys and consultants work
independently and bill clients separately. Additional offerings
from the Koenig Consulting Group are customized to meet current
organizational needs.
